The Brotherhood of the Leaf

Starting and running your own Cigar Night is simple with the help of Cigar Night Online.  Our first chapter began with only a handful of friends who enjoyed an occasional cigar and has now grown into a membership based club with numerous monthly events, club logo clothing and of course our website to reach our members no matter where they live.  Chances are you already have a list of cigar buddies or possibly gather to share your passion.  We make it easy to turn that into your own chapter if you follow a few basic steps.

1)  Gather your group of acquaintances that enjoy cigars or pipes and find a location where you can host a monthly get together.  When possible all clubs will have Cigar Night on the 1st Tuesday of the month but each chapter will consider what is best for all members.   For example: our Green Bay Chapter meets the 1st Tuesday and has access to a local cigar lounge in the winter but uses members homes during the warmer months.  We plan cook out and bring a dish to pass or you can you can even get some pizza delivery.  Your chapter so your call.

2) Email your chapter updates and upcoming events to The Cigar Soldier for inclusion on your chapters page on our website.  All updates will also be posted on FaceBook.  Forward membership forms and collected money from new and renewing members.  Be active in your community so you can make your chapter aware of local events your members will find of interest.  A club chapter is only as strong as it’s chapter President.

3) Grow your chapter with membership drives and push traffic to our website to promote club awareness and new chapter formation.

Each chapter will have their own page on Cigar Night Online for club news, new member information or anything you need to share that is specific to your group.  As a chapter President you will be responsible for getting updates in on a timely manor for them to be posted.  Monthly newsletters and The Cigar Soldiers Blog will highlight all chapter events so it’s easy to stay in touch with our members of The Brotherhood of the Leaf.
